Web Content Accessibility Guidelines: The WCAG is a global standard for measuring accessibility of web and digital content. Created and maintained by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).
The WCAG is based on four simple concepts, which make up the acronym POUR.

Understandable
Robust

the essential aspects of making digital content accessible, and more
importantly, usable.
