Acrobat Preflight Profiles
Despite their being tucked away out of sight, these Preflight Profiles can really help with fixing certain errors and enhancing the usability of your information.
Especially useful if you are using PAC to audit your PDF document accessibility. (Hint: it is recommended to get a copy of PAC, it is free, and very easy to use.)
